{"id":207,"date":"2015-12-16T16:58:55","date_gmt":"2015-12-16T14:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noor.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/kuber-kiusamine\/"},"modified":"2023-10-23T23:53:23","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T20:53:23","slug":"cyberbullying","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/noor.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/cyberbullying\/","title":{"rendered":"Cyberbullying"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>School bullying is marked by a number of traits: it is malicious and persistent and involves unequal positions of power (for example, a group bullying a single victim).<\/p>\n<p>Cyber-bullying is a form of school bullying distinguished by the use of electronic means of communication: mobile phones, web cameras, Internet sites and so on.<\/p>\n<h2>WHAT ARE THE SIGNS OF CYBER-BULLYING?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Repetitive sending of threatening or nasty e-mails, text messages, posts etc.<\/li>\n<li>Dragging personal information out of someone and spreading it about against their will.<\/li>\n<li>Pretending to be someone else (hacking into their e-mail account, posting etc. under their name, sending e-mails and messages containing lies or insults etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Setting up websites etc. designed specifically to laugh at or mock someone or to create ill-feeling towards them.<\/li>\n<li>Cyber-bullying normally involves more than one person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FALL VICTIM TO CYBER-BULLYING?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell someone you trust about it \u2013 a brother or sister, a friend, your mum or dad, someone from your class etc.<\/li>\n<li>Tell your parents about it and discuss together what you should do next.<\/li>\n<li>Tell people working at your school (your teacher, the school psychologist, a social worker, the principal etc.) about any violence.<\/li>\n<li>Contact the online administrator for help.<\/li>\n<li>Call the <strong>Child Helpline 116 111<\/strong> for help or <strong>e-mail info@lasteabi.ee<\/strong> (e-mails are answered within five working days).
